The elegant modern interiors create an atmosphere that strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making you feel instantly at home. What truly sets this hotel apart however, is its exceptional staff. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Great hotel in the heart of Catania, in the middle of the old district, great service and great comfortable rooms!

I absolutely loved my room at Naca Suite and am so glad I spent a little extra to stay there. The staff was very helpful and I was able to communicate with them easily via WhatsApp. I got in early and was able to leave my luggage until I could check in later in the afternoon. The room was spacious, the jet tub was clean and worked perfectly, the shower was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I had a small patio overlooking the street with a view of the tip of Mt Etna. Amazing Bed & Breakfast with large rooms, friendly service and an excellent location. Bus stop for the 4 Euro bus transfer to the airport located almost directly across the road.

Room was very spacious and clean.

A beautiful property with an ideal setting overlooking the vines. Great pool area. We had a cabin with quick access to the amenities. The location was just a short drive to access hiking trails on Etna. Dinners, wine & serving staff were excellent.

The airlines lost my luggage so the hotel staff assisted me everyday to contact the airlines. They made me feel as though i was a queen and the hotel really was my palace. The housekeepers gave me first-class treatment with my room and toiletries, the chef was amazing and the front desk staff have made new friends. I ate in their restaurant and the...
