"Great for a wee family getaway. We booked a 2 double bed room with breakfast. When we checked in the staff were all very pleasant, and the lady looking after us brought round a little backpack with slippers, Activites etc which was such a nice touch. "Always a Pleasure to stay at this amazing hotel, reception is always super accommodating and the welcome peach tea is to die for. If you eat in the restaurant make sure you get the platter! Its amazing. Rooms are classy, with a modern take on Edwardian manor homes. The bed is so luxurious you keep sinking for at least a minute after you lay down. "The hotel was great! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The daily happy hour was a great way to get to know the other guests at the hotel. The daily breakfast was filling and great quality as well. The rooms were as advertised. Modern, clean, and accessible. While slightly small in size, they were perfect for our trip to Auckland."

Our room was fine, perhaps a little bit worn in th bathroom, but very comfortable with great beds. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. These were spiderwebs hanging in the corner and dust build up in some places. We had the breakfast included and you certainly would not want to go anywhere else for it. Amazing buffet with so many options, including chocolate fountains, waffles and ice cream for the kids! My favs were the savoury scrolls and the freshly squeezed orange juicer. But everything I had was fantastic. Overall a very good stay, but could just up their housekeeping. "
