The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with. "

"This property has the most beautiful views from its rooms and the rooftop pool and bar is amazing. The staffs professionalism is top tier. Only thing to watch out for is this indoor restaurant. The food was not great at all, especially for the price we paid. We had to go to another restaurant afterwards to grab a bite and even ran into other guests from our hotel who also weren’t pleased with the food. "

Food in hotel was good especially the breakfasts omelettes in particular. spotlessly clean, comfortable large bed, beautiful linens and great toiletries. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "Lovely historic property with a terrific staff, great breakfast (included) and a great bar overlooking the coast. Ravello is beautiful and quieter than the rest of the Amalfi Coast. Our room (especially the floor) could have been cleaner and the AC does not work well. Very comfortable room. Cabs are VERY expensive and the drive is long to get anywhere outside of Ravello. Lots to see in Ravello though."

"Very nice people and good condition. It’s about 3/4 of a mile to the city center which adds up if you’re going into town for shopping, dinner, tours or anything else. We had a beautiful ocean view but the cruise ships park right in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and will help you. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Everything was perfect since we arrived. The staff were so kind going above and beyond at every step, the room had a beautiful view—it’s a bit far from the city but apparently they have a shuttle you can ask for in advance. We stayed in a room with partial seaside view but instead we got a full view! It was as pictured, with a terrace and view to ourselves. Even if you don’t get a room with a view, they have outdoor seating with the most amazing view, and there’s beautiful live music in the evenings from 8-8:30pm. They also have their private seaside/beach area and pool open to guests—many other beaches in the area are not free, while the hotels is both private and free for guests. When we went it was nearly empty, very private, and breathtaking beauty."
