"This hotel is brilliant. The location is great, the rooms are clean and nice and the staff are super friendly and very efficient. Our air con was broken but the manager DIEGO was absolutely brilliant and sorted things for us straight away in a very friendly and professional manner. the food is really nice with a good choice and high quality, and there is also plenty for the kids to do, and the entertainment in the evenings was really good. We would return to this hotel."

The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.
