"Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten anfänglich Probleme im unteren Schlafbereich mit der Klimatisierung, aber es wurde seitens des Gastgebers sehr schnell reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage und Aussicht war super, die Villa ist zentral gelegen. "

"Lovely property on different levels and amenities to use for a large family or 2 families sharing the space. Close enough to the town to walk in and out or local bus stop nearby if required.
House catered for all our needs and more with the pool table downstairs an added bonus for our family.
Great communication from start and end of our stay. "

"Das Haus ist für eine große Familie sehr gut aufgeteilt und hat eine moderne Einrichtung. Alle paar Tage bekamen wir neue Handtücher und die Bäder wurden nach einer Woche geputzt. Der Pool und Jakuzzi sind sehr gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung könnte zum Kochen besser sein und die Stromversorgung war bei Benutzung von zu vielen Geräten gleichzeitig überfordert. In der Umgebung ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis auf Renovierungsarbeiten nebenan hatten wir einen super Urlaub. Darüber wurden wir aber...

"Fantastic customer services from The booking agent , especially Mike with a few queries I had.
Outside space nice to relax, pool is massive. Inside villa is a bit compact, but you really live outdoors on a villa holiday. Good wifi and IPTV with all channels.
Sun loungers broke and need replacing, kitchen could do with new set of crockery. Bedding a bit dated.
Few issues with alarm going off when arrived which wasn’t told about. When entering villa, use the green fob on keys to touch alarm...

"Villa and presentation lovely. Spent two weeks in this beautiful villa. Great communication with lanzarote lates the property managers. Especially the second week when my sister arrived without her suitcase.
