The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Small, personal hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great choices at breakfast and good service. The hotel is kept very clean both internally and the pool/surrounding area - highly recommended

Second year running at this wonderful hotel right on the promenade. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with a fantastic selection of food for all tastes. Brilliantly located, left to the marina with shops and restaurants and right to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Wir bevorzugen normalerweise kleine Hotels, aber dieses grössere Hotel hat uns trotzdem sehr positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre war trotz der vielen Zimmer angenehm. Das Essen in Buffetform war sehr lecker, stets frisch und wurde laufend aufgefüllt. Besonders das Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und angenehm. Die Promenade ist sehr schön, und Playa Blancs ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

From the moment we entered we were greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. The facility was exceptionally clean with wonderful amenities. I loved beginning each day seated alongside a lovely pool area not far from a beautiful beach. Our room was clean and the hallways were quiet. We loved our stay at Hotel Lava Beach.

Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful customer service! The staff were very kind and friendly!!! We took our little furbaby, but the only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't eat in the open area restaurants because of our small furbaby! Which I find it a little bit ridiculous!

I' ve been to this resort with my boyfriend a few days for his birthday. We had a very pleasant stay, above our expectations. The staff was very kind and attentive, they helped us book a few trips Location was a short walk from everything and the room was modern and comfortable. This is a Lovely hotel with really friendly & helpful staff. You can pay a deposit & have beach towels for the duration of your stay, there are ample comfortable sun loungers, a lovely pool & jacuzzi. Once you leave the hotel, you are straight onto the beach, perfect for a quick swim in the sea or beautiful stroll. Breakfast was very good & available until 10.30 each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel & look forward to going back.

The best hotel that I’ve ever been ! Such an amazing stay. The outdoor area were splendid, swimming pool was huge, rooms were clean, spacious and charming. And mostly the breakfast and dinner were outstanding !
