"I stayed at this hotel on a half-board basis and overall felt it was good value for money. The food was buffet style. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and at dinner there was always enough variety to find something to eat. The only downside was that some of the hot dishes could occasionally be a little lukewarm. The complex itself is quite large, with several smaller pools as well as a bigger main pool. It’s also possible to walk from the hotel down to the beachfront, which is convenient if you want to eat out or explore the area. The rooms include a small kitchen area with a fridge, which was really useful for keeping drinks and snacks. My room had a balcony, although it didn’t get much direct sunlight as it was north facing, so it wasn’t ideal for drying swimwear. There is also a self-service laundry on site with two washers and two dryers, which was simple and convenient to use. The staff were hardworking, always present around the complex, and helpful whenever needed. There is also bicycle hire within the complex offering a great range of bikes. The staff there were very helpful, offering advice on various cycling routes around the area. They were professional, friendly, and seemed to be experienced cyclists themselves, which made it easy to get good local recommendations. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and felt the hotel offered good value for the price"

"Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Dont think you could do much better for the money Had a great holiday "

"Spacious room, clean and tidy. Towels changed after 3 days. Good quality pool towels (pay deposit). Friendly staff, nice pool bar, with bar snacks. Nice pool area with ample sunbeds. Two pools plus kid's pool and playground. Separate bar with music open in the evening. "

"Loved our stay, had a great week. Rooms cleaned daily bar one day, pools lovely, great location and friendly helpful staff. Only things that could have been improved were the pillows weren’t good and bedding could have been changed more than once. With having toddlers there was a lot of sand in the beds by the end of the week. "

"Caybeach Sun is fine, but I don't think we'll be back. To start our trip we were told that the two apartments that we booked for our family would be at opposite ends of the resort - even though they were booked in the same booking on hotels.com... This was frustrating and the staff seemed to have no interest in helping or attempting to rectify it so we just had to live with it. When we got to our apartment we found that the fridge had spilled orange juice in the bottom, which made us doubt exactly how clean the rest of the place was. Although the sheets did appear clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. All in all the resort is a little shabby. It's clearly an older resort that has been bought and rebranded as there are hints everywhere to the old name and logo. Appliances are old, showers were corroding in both apartments, our shower tray leaked onto the floor. A number of the pool loungers were broken so the back couldn't prop up. All in all, the resort was fine for sleeping and reasonably comfortable, just don't expect anything special. Oh and if you like privacy maybe avoid this one, a significant number of the apartments 'balconies' are just open at the front and have paths that run right next to them so you'll have people walking past as you try to relax and looking in your windows if you have the curtains open.
