"Another great stay at the Mirador Papagayo. The food and restaurant service have been improved further still which was noticeable. The staff are really helpful from reception through to cleaning staff all going out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience."

"The property stands because the employees. They are friendly, helpful and kind, thank you very much to all of them. I would like to mention that there should be access for disabled people to the theater and the disco (the entire floor where they are located) because it is a sad to watch them looking and trying to access it and then noticing that they will not be able to participate and there it is not inclusion for them."

"Clean hotel, well maintained. Staff were helpful and the room was cleaned everyday. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good, much better than expected! Will definitely stay again. My only issue were the mosquitos in the room at night. Finally realised they were coming in through the gap at bottom of the door."
