"Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. His recommendations were always on-point and very enjoyable. The hotel location is also perfect for walking the streets, shopping, dining options, and a great view of the river. And the rooms with balconies were perfect. We would definitely stay there again."

"My stay at this establishment was amazing! I have to say the staff was so great and helpful. They were quick to respond and ensured our stay was good. I stayed in the King suite and it was very spacious and clean! The location is great, just outside the main centre, but close enough to walk! And the walk is very nice. I would definitely be visiting his hotel again next time I’m in Florence! "
