You could still hear neighbours and staff cleaning rooms next door, which is annoying if you want to have a nap. Lovely surroundings. Main restaurant ok-ish. I wished they didn’t put so much sugar in all the dishes. Only the dover sole escaped the sugar and was delicious. "Had to eat earlier than requested because kitchen closed early. Good, though a little expensive, fish and chips. Enjoyed the stay. Room assigned was certainly quirky in a good way. Didn't get chance to drink the complementary beer."

"Very quiet location. Half Moon Cabin is quite small but fine for a couple . The bathroom looks good but trying to have a shower stood in a sloping bath was not easy . Maybe a large shower would have been more practical "
