Negative was that we could hear music until past midnight. Not sure if it was from the restaurant or a noisy neighbor. "

"Horrible Experience at ITC Colombo - Avoid! I recently stayed at ITC Colombo, expecting a top-tier experience from a newly opened five-star hotel, but it was an absolute nightmare. Despite booking a suite and being charged an outrageous $80 for early check-in, the service was abysmal. The buffet was closed at lunch, and my daughter couldn't even get apple juice.
