This is one of the most unique and breathtaking properties I’ve ever stayed at. The photos don’t do it justice. What I was most delighted by was the level of service provided by the staff. My biggest regret was only booking for 1 night. Looking forward to returning one day!

Excellent stay at this beautiful Hotel. It has 2 cute restaurants, a very nice pool. A 24 hour open gym. All the staff its very friendly. The beach its wide but it has a lot of street vendors who really bothers. The area its safe.I fully recommend this Hotel.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. Mr Rodrigo and Monique from front desk as well as Cassius from bar and Sales from breakfast were amazing, super friendly and welcoming. For sure it will be my home in Rio from now on. Keep it up and thank you!

My stay at Miramar by Windsor Copacabana was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. The restaurant was a highlight of my trip — breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start the day, and dinner in the evening was just as memorable, both for the food and the atmosphere. Truly a beautiful hotel with excellent service.

Friendly helpful attentive staff, amazing food, breakfast of beautiful fresh fruit, dinner beyond expectations, scenic views from room (even the shower) and dining room, spectacular grounds, appealing area around hotel, comfortable rooms. Loved it so much, stayed an extra night.

Don't look elsewhere for low profile 5 star! All the staff wears converse, come to breakfast in bikini and get 5 star service if you like! The staff and level of service exceeded our expectations! I’d recommend anyone looking for a luxury getaway to pick this hotel. Julianna at the Concierge desk and Merrilo in the restaurant are just two of many that took very good care of us.

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights at the Fairmont Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro, and we enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by the bellmen Rogerio, Jose Carlos, and Mauricio. The Sheraton in Rio can be rated “top location” and “worst location”. Its location is unique, no other hotel in Rio has a private beach and views like the Sheraton has, absolutely the best. However, it’s surrounded by a favela, you simply shall cannot walk anywhere, nowhere, from the hotel, due to its dangerous and high crime neighborhood. If you don’t mind catching a cab for just about everything, then I’m confident to say you won’t regret staying at the Sheraton

Yoo2 Rio felt like our home for 12 days in Rio and simply enjoyed everything! I can say that our hotel room offers one of the best views in Rio! And what do I have to say about its hospitality service? The manager, Nathalia, greeted us warmly and her team promptly helped us with any request that we needed! Big thanks Nathalia, Larissa and Vanessa and her team at the restaurant. Overall, we loved our stay and all the amenities especially rooftop area!! Thank you Yoo2 Rio for a wonderful stay!

All was perfect

The room was great and the hotel staff as well. The food was excellent as well as pricing. My only complaint was the grifters in front of hotel and their access to the guest. A lot uncomfortable
