Abbey Abcoude is such a gem! The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and the staff was so welcoming! I also appreciated the restaurant below that serves excellent food as it is so convenient for travelers coming in and waiting to check in. The staff went above and beyond and held our luggage until check in time, and they allowed us to check in early which was great! The train station that goes to central city was only a 10 minute walk and it was so convenient!

Lovely area, Town Abode nearby is really cute. We went for a wonderful walk near the property. Beautiful countryside.

My bf and I had an AMAZING stay here! We booked a penthouse suite and it did not disappoint. Great panoramic views of the city, walkable to the Overamstel station, great amenities and great room. Only downside is it is about a 20min train ride to the central area of town so we’ll likely stay closer next time but for a luxury stay, we would highly recommend.

The location was very convenient for both the airport-Schiphol by train and for Amsterdam Grand Centraal station by Metro 54. Both were approximately 15 minutes away from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA . They even have an Albert Heijn supermarket at the metro/train station, The breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from with choices for vegans too. Top notch in all areas of a stay in Amsterdam. Had a corner room with glass on both walls. Just a great feel and elegance to stay. Would have given 6 stars if an option. Can walk to Musueum district. Loads of bike paths. Breakfast buffet quality is a whole new level. Like being between airport and city center.

This was my 1st time ever in Amsterdam (1st time in Europe). I found this hotel to be in a great location for using public transport to get around the city. It was the first stop from the airport; short walk to hotel from station. Breakfast was GREAT, well worth including in your package.

Great place overall, with everything you need. Location is not bad, but a little bit far and a little impractical if you're planning to use public transport.

High-quality accommodations for a bit higher travel budget but absolutely worth it. Especially the true delicious continental-style breakfast buffet!

BEST HOTEL IN AMSTRDAM

We stayed here for 10 nights. All the staff members were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great...nice variety of foods to choose from. The omelette station was a big hit with my daughter - thank you to the chefs and the rest of the breakfast staff! The closeness of the hotel to the Amsterdam’s RAI station was very convenient. Really the perfect hotel for the museum tour, in easy walking distance to all of them. The canal is lovely and quiet, tons of busy restaurants in a 4-5 block radius, lively night-life, friendly, busy, fun. Lobby recently renovated and very enjoyable with a view of the canal -- the breakfast service is superlative. What's not to love? If you stay, book a panoramic room, you won't be disappointed.

We arrived really early from the States to check in at hotel but check in isn’t until 3 pm? The hotel staff went out of there way to help us get to our room asap.Young lady running the restaurant was equally helpful? We initially arrived to early to check in she allowed us access to restaurant for beverages and breakfast which was over the top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Awesome experience in customer service and great hospitality. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the hotel stay!

This was a very lovely hotel within an easy walk of the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was up to date and clean.

Very nice hotel, close to airport, clean. My only complaint is my booking included the breakfast buffet but we were charged for it ($28 apiece). That’s not good customer service.

Try the skybar rooftop. A nice place to spend your night at.
