"We found a bug in the shower. The hallways and room smelled like humidity. There was a bloody tampon right outside of the pool next to us. This is the second time staying at this hotel and I won’t come back for a third time. Very nice hotel but the people make it look so cheap. "

I only didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy food or drinks and put them on my room account and pay on checkout. People on check in and check out could have speed up a bit, it took a way too long compared with hotels in US."

"Es un lugar limpio, en su mayoría el personal muy amable, lo único que son muy *exigentes* con sus reglas de hotel respecto a alimentos, que es entendible porque hay restaurante, pero había un huésped que hasta amenazas de muerte le dió al personal, huéspedes y no le hicieron nada. En temas de seguridad si deberían mejorar. "

"This place is falling apart, cabinets missing doors, if we wanted to use the AC they charged me 600 pesos per night, and I had to tell them so they could turn it on."

"This hotel is trying to recover from Hurricane Otto (2 years ago) No restaurant, no microwave or coffee pot. Good location and a beautiful beach. Extremely run down."
