"Nice and quiet and just a touch outside of Catania, so easy to travel the surrounding area like to Aci Castello and to Mt. Etna. Great staff will to help when ever asked for certain information! Great customer service and breakfast was fantastic, there baked on site assorted croissants were outstanding! "

No Ironing facilities - at all? Zero, not even an ironing room? - very strange for a hotel hosting conventions . Pool opening hours could be expanded (even just for adults) 10-6pm is a little short.
