"Short walk to many locations. Nice area to walk between hotel and Holland Park where I went. Shops and restaurants opposite, polite and helpful staff. I was treated with dignity and respect as a female solo traveller, there was someone at reception when I arrived, I met the cleaner and I had fans and a fridge in my room which was great in the hot weather."

"Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil waren die vielen schmalen Treppen bis zu unserem Zimmer, da ich Probleme mit meinem Knie habe. Das Personal wusste dies jedoch vorher nicht. Ansonsten wäre es bestimmt möglich gewesen, ein Zimmer in einer der unteren Etagen zu bekommen. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, ist aber...
