Valet service is top notch- also especially nice are the new jacuzzi and downstairs food convenience~ and of course the restaurant and bar upstairs remain distinct city assets. Well done-"

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "
