"This was a nightmare experience. We booked through Hotels.Com. This was one of the few hotels "available" on a busy weekend. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and discovered the hotel was a gutted shell in the process of being renovated. "It is an ok place for what you pay. If you are young and want to have a safe and relatively comfortable place to stay this is good, but if you are in your 50s and 60s nd want a more comfortable nicer side of things then this is not the place for you. The location is in Medina so that is good in terms of centrality but the streets in Medina are dirty and you will find piles of trash on your way to the riad, the smell, the noise late into the night all of that comes with this choice. "

"Loved this Riad, I would only suggest that the breakfast is the weakness, jam and bread is not a continental breakfast, no eggs, cheese, or meats, This is the only negative on the service. The roof terrace was also disappointing and well below expectation. So in summation, the riad is beautiful, and my message to te RIAD is - my room was great and your staff are great, but you need to improve the quality of your breakfast, and put some thought into landscalping and updating your roof terrace. "
