"One of the worst places I've stayed. The toilet dreadful the Electrics dangerous. Staff and friend sat outside my door smoking pot. Very uncomfortable night. On the roof 4 floors up by stairs . I think being a hotels.com customer you get the rooms on the roof and they are not nice. "

"HUge and empty hotel in need a updating and cleaning. Very dirty and bed bugs. I had to change rooms 3 times and each time the beds and linens were disgusting."

"This was a nightmare experience. We booked through Hotels.Com. This was one of the few hotels "available" on a busy weekend. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and discovered the hotel was a gutted shell in the process of being renovated. The restaurant on the ground floor was still open, but we got only a shrug and were told to go away. So, we spent the next few hours searching out an alternative space to stay. "Lovely hotel staff very friendly and and try their best to make you comfortable and enjoy the stay with them. The receptionists both guys were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to everything very convenient. The top roof was very nice plenty of sun beds and view is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice traditional breakfast with a choice of freshly made omelettes . I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone of my friends and family. Thank you for make my stay very enjoyable. 5*****"
