"I stay was nice for the one night. We did have two nights booked, but we had a family large emergency and had to leave to try to catch an early flight – we also missed our opportunity meet with our realtor that day to show us property, which was the reason we went to Aiken. However, we understand the 48 hour policy things do happen and it wasn’t emergency. It wasn’t like they were lacking business and had a memorial weekend coming up. We were told we could only get a credit when we ever return....

"My stay was great. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very friendly. My room was beautiful. My only complaint is that I didn’t get the room I booked. I always book a king room, and I was put in a room with 2 queen beds."

"Staff very friendly. Room clean. Really need to extend the breakfast hours. 9:00 is way too early for those on vacation. Even 10:00 would be doable. Other than that, great stay! "

"Some people that checked in next door to me were extremely loud. After waking me up at 1am, I ended up contacting the front desk after an hour of listening to them blast rap music. The front desk immediately took care of it, and I was so grateful 😊 There was a mix up with my billing and my card but it was fixed. The place was very lovely, very clean, and accommodating. Would stay here again, and I am not the easiest to please."

"This place was a gem! The water was hot and had great pressure in the shower. The air conditioning was cold. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were truly friendly and the gentleman overseeing breakfast was fabulous. A taste of real southern hospitality!"
