Three bedrooms with their own private baths and views of the sparkling turquoise Caribbean waters. The two upstairs bedrooms have small balconies for two to view the beach or sunrise. Each bedroom has an individually controlled air conditioner.
Plus 2 bedroom casita at entrance to the home, making 5 bedrooms in total. If you have a smaller group, the casita will not be rented out to anyone else during your stay.
A well equipped kitchen in which you can prepare a home made meal and as an added bonus the maid will wash the dishes in the morning, Monday-Saturday.
If you wish to dine out, there are also many native restaurants within 15 minutes.
Jose, our groundskeeper, will keep the windows sparkling clean and the beach out front well groomed. Marisol your house keeper will keep things sparkling clean as well.
Home made meals prepared at the villa for you (dinner only)are available at an extra cost too!

For the nature lovers, if you come down between May and October you can witness the nesting habits and hatching of loggerhead and green turtles right on our beaches. These turtles can get up to 500 lbs.
For the fisherman the prime time is April, May & June for wahoo, mahi-mahi, yellowfin tuna, sailfish, white and blue marlin and others.
During the day you can snorkel, swim or kayak right out back in our reef protected bay. You can also walk down the beach and hire a small fishing boat for a short ride just outside the bay.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests during their stay in the property.
There is a washer and dryer in the villa for use by staff only for bedding, etc. Guests can ask the maids if they will do a load or 2 of laundry during the stay and arrange a price with them.
