"Everything met my expectations."

"The room was clean. It was nice that the water was complementary. The fridge did not really work and my leftovers were ruined. The bathroom lights were extremely dim. The water was super hot and the closet was spacious."

"The breakfast was great and they had a very comfortable lobby area. Our room was very good. The only criticism I have is that they were very short staffed on the day we checked in. We and other travelers had to wait an hour and a half past 3pm because rooms were not ready. It turned out that they were but this was not communicated to the front desk."

"Our room was dirty, the refrigerator was broken. They did bring a new one but the inside was dirty and had hair in it. There was only 1 towel in our room for a family of 4 so we had to call and ask for more. The floor was dirty and sticky and there were no blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. The charging outlets didn’t work. Very disappointing especially for a Hyatt"

"I like my stay because the suites were clean fully stock, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very delicious never seen and breakfast taco bar which was delicious as well. I would stay again was booked for business for a week."
