"It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn. The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud. That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation. We tried to change rooms after 2 nights but the staff told us the only other available room was one with a private pool that would cost us an extra 110 Euros per person per night. "Bathtub was so narrow that I could not stand in it with comfort. Water temperature while taking a shower was constantly boiling and freezing every 15 seconds that I could not take a shower in my room. To have wifi in room, you should pay 2 Euro/n!!!!! To use safe in room, you should pay too. "

(Där finns toalett/ dusch samt strandbar.) Stranden ren och trevlig! Många solstolar. Dessa ingår vid all inclusive - även viss dryck / utbud i strandbaren. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there. Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol..."

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice.
