"The location is good, 40min walk/15min bus to the city center. There's quite a lot of noise/music from neighbouring hotels and nightclubs. The rooms are in quite good condition. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is fairly clean (some visible permanent stains). The water temperature was very hard to set in my room. The reception staff is slow. I had to wait quite often until a competent person was available. The food was disappointing and of the cheapest quality. A plus is the pool area,...

But it was OK because we could have lunch while waiting for our room. the room was clean, nothing extra, no Kleenex box, no soap and mini bar was empty (just complementary water). You don't have access to Wi-Fi in rooms (just in lobby). no shuttle to the airport or to city center. The food was great. very polite staff."

Alcoholic beverage options were not at a level you would expect from an All-Inclusive hotel. There are so many other things with extra fees (like ice cream). Package options could be improved so the guests will make an informed decision when they are booking."
