Please note that a security check is required at the main gate. Guests can conveniently access the house using a digital lock.

This level also includes a home theater with a large projector screen, perfect for watching movies or sports games. Additionally, there’s a cozy dining nook with seating for 8, ideal for enjoying relaxed meals or family board game nights.

Our prices are adjusted based on group sizes. Make sure you add the correct number of guests at the time of booking to avoid any penalties.
Video Surveillance:
For safety and maintenance, video surveillance covers the front door, parking area, and backyard. The cameras are motion-activated and accessible by the hosts via live feed. Tampering with or disabling the cameras is prohibited.
Quiet Hours:
The neighborhood is family-friendly, and quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud music, noise, or events are not permitted.
WiFi:
The home features high-speed fiber-optic WiFi. The password will be provided before your stay.
Pet Policy:
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!
SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.
The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
