Modern family apartment , 4-6 pax, situated in private condominium, with 2 swimming pools,1 adults and 1 children, , sun loungers and parasols, children's playground and common BBQ.

3 air conditioners :1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room

Wifi (fibre) and TV - it is one of the few apartments in the region with fibre, since the predominant technology is still ADSL

Life Guard by the pools in July and August

 2 bedrooms : 1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds

Fully equipped kitchen - washing machines, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster

Living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table, etc - Heads up: The sofa bed... is a sofa bed... it does not offer the same comfort of a bed. It's more suitable for a kid than for an adult.

Gostamos muito da estadia. O apartamento tem tudo o que necessitamos. A limpeza impecável e os hosts muito simpáticos e disponíveis. As instalações do empreendimento são otimas e bem cuidadas. A piscina é grande e estamos perto de otimas praias, restaurantes e supermercados. Sem duvida a repetir.

Nous avons adorer notre séjour ! L’emplacement de l’appartement est top avec la zone de jeu en face qui permet de laisser les enfants jouer tranquillement La piscine est un peu plus loin donc pas d’inconvénient de bruit Au portes de la résidence il y a tout ce qu’il faut. De quoi manger, faire les courses …. Et l’appartement est top. Propre et fonctionnel nous n’avions pas l’impression de nous marcher dessus à 5. Vraiment un séjour plus que ravie, et les propriétaires sont top. Réponse rapide, vraiment que du plus ce séjour merci beaucoup

Très bon séjour

Je recommande cette location pour qui souhaite visiter la région d’albufeira. Situé en face des jeux de la résidence, non loin de la piscine , appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles tout au long du séjour et nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée! Merci , très bon séjour

Un très beau séjour en famille.

Agréable séjour passé au sein d’un bel et vaste appartement, très bien équipé. On regrette la terrasse qui manque un peu d’intimité, trop dans le passage de la copropriété. Piscine et aménagements extérieurs très appréciables ainsi que la place de parking en sous-sol. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité et accessibles à pied, les plages à 5 min en voiture. Fantastic apartment.

Victor and his family were so hospitable. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet, location. With lots of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The complex is great with a play area and swimming pool great for entertaining children.

Very nice holiday home

This is very modern villa, well equipped, the 3 air con machines were truly helpful especially at night. There is also proper outdoor furniture which allowed for us to enjoy the ample terrace. The location is really good and versatile. One day I went to Golf (1km away) while my wife went to a couple of the local beaches and my son preferred to stay by the swimming pool. The day after he went to a water park and we went to see some other beaches. There are plenty of small beaches to be seen along the coast (roughly 2km away from the villa) There is a pastry shop around the corner, literally one min walk which we also found useful as we didn't want to cook breakfast. We went there to buy it and bring it back to enjoy on the terrace. It is a very quiet condo and the internet is great, no flaws whatsoever. Great Swimming pools and a generous area surrounding them. Communication with the owners was kind and professional and we had a surprise welcome package with a bottle of water and a bottle of... wine (worth mentioning that they have proper wine glasses and the wine was cold, so 5 minutes after check in we were sitting by the terrace enjoying it 😄 )

Férias espectaculares!!!

Excelente apartamento equipado com TUDO o que é necessário para que nos sintamos em nossa casa! Está inserido num condomínio calmo e familiar. Os espaços verdes, o parque infantil e a piscina são bastante simpáticos. A proximidade a diversas praias (Salgados, Galé,...) é um outro factor positivo. A simpatia e profissionalismo dos proprietários foi irrepreensível. Em suma, seguramente um apartamento a revisitar muito em breve.

Muy buena ubicación

La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy fluida y amable. Siempre a disposición para solventar cualquier duda. La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena para poder moverte desde allí y conocer los diferentes puntos del Algarve.
