But without a doubt the most impressive aspect of this property is the exterior, as it offers spectacular views of the bay of Alcúdia. In addition, it has several furnished terraces from which to relax and enjoy the magnificent climate of Mallorca and a direct exit to a small cove of rock.

The property is located in a residential area, very close to the sea. Aucanada stands out as a quiet and family area ideal for an unforgettable family holiday or with friends. You have the beach of sand and rock next to the pine forest a few minutes walk, or if you prefer you can bathe in some of its beautiful and quiet rocky coves. It is also 2 minutes by car from Puerto de Alcudia and its sandy beach. In this area you will enjoy a wide range of leisure and services: countless restaurants, shops, fashion shops, supermarkets and taxi and bus service.

Air conditioning:

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room.
