The entire length of the house faces the sea. In summer, open the large windows of the kitchen and living room and you will have the sound of the sea in the house. On the 60 m2 terrace on this slightly elevated level, you can enjoy delicious meals and watch the yachts pass by. Even on hot days, a pleasant wind blows here.



On the ground floor of the house, there are 4 more bedrooms, three with access to the terrace on this floor and one with an en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom is also on this floor.



Perfect for winter, there is a large common room with a fireplace and a Mallorcan stove.



The 120 m2 terrace is partially covered, has a dining table, a sunbathing area with loungers, and a ping pong table to spend afternoons playing by the sea.



The sea is so close that you only have to go down a few flights of stairs and cross the brick pier to enjoy the water of Mallorca.
