Coming back to a peaceful local after touring in the busy city, taking advantage of the free King Street Trolley, grabbing a nice late night snack at nearby restaurants, and the ease of accessing the Metro across the street is amazingly convenient. I would choose to stay here above any other location whenever I have the opportunity to visit DC. "

"The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. "
