The staff is always friendly and willing to accomodate you especially if you have a favourite room. Just up the street from the downtown area with really cute shops and little cafe's. "

"I expected more from Deerhurst. The room was ok, not fantastic. We were in one of the outer buildings and couldn't get the shuttle to the main building because the main desk's phone was off the hook for 45 minutes. It was off season, so for most of the stay only "

"staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. "
