"Clean room able to check in early"

"Breakfast was pleasant, well-stocked, and tables were cleaned immediately. Room service was daily worth new towels and trash taken out daily. We noticed a few stink bugs crawling and dead flies on the window sill, but maybe that was when a previous guest opened the window. We kept the windows closed and had no additionally pests come in. Check-in and checkout was a breeze. Thank you. "

"Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo."

"The hotel was wonderful for a 3 overnight stay. The only issue I had was having to make a second reservation with Hotels.com when I wanted to extend my stay by a day. Then the hotel forgot to inform the weekend staff of combining my two reservations. But everything worked out in the end."
