The fully equipped kitchenette offers all the essentials to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher for easy cleanup. A washer and ironing equipment are also available for your convenience.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh during your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Situated in the vibrant coastal town of Costa da Caparica, this property offers an ideal base for beach lovers, surfers, and families alike. Just minutes from the vast sandy beaches and world-class surf spots like Praia da Morena and Praia da Princesa, the area is also home to charming beach bars, fresh seafood restaurants, and surf schools.

Guests can enjoy nature walks through the scenic Mata Nacional dos Medos forest or explore the trails along the Arriba Fóssil cliffs. The historic Convento dos Capuchos offers stunning views and cultural insight.

For families, the nearby Parque Urbano da Caparica and Fun Parque São João provide fun and relaxation. The area is easily accessible from Lisbon by car, ferry, or public transport, making it a convenient seaside escape with a laid-back atmosphere and natural beauty.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
