"L'hôte répond rapidement, logement très haut de plafond et sol en béton brut ( ca fait un peu hangar), on a été un peu surpris lors de notre arrivé en constatant une assez grosse fuite d'eau derrière la porte de la salle de bain, avec l'eau qui coulait tout autour de la porte et le long de la cuisine avec un bruit assez fort lorsque que les voisins du dessus utilise l'eau. On a prévenu directement l'agence qui nous dit qu'il nous tiendront au courant rapidement, mais toujours aucune nouvelle a...

"The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!! Contaminated the whole apartment plus the humidity is not a good match, the a/c (split) it doesn’t help at all, I think it needs a new filter or at least some repair because after we turned on I started sneezing like crazy… Overall is not that bad if you planned stay for a day (like we did) but for longer than...

"Anthony is an excellent host, and the apartment suits perfectly for a short stay in Valencia! Situated right next to (behind) CC. Arenas is also very convenient. Check in was smooth and easy! Kitchen facilities are good and as described/pictured. Nice touch with the courtesy basket featuring sachets of coffee, salt, sugar, oil and also little magdalenas! There's isn't a wine bottle opener though (or, not that I found), but this was no problem for us as I always bring my own on a self-catering...

"Anaca’s place is in a great location, within easy walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and points of interest. The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable, with many thoughtful extra touches. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this lovely apartment."

"We had a very nice stay in this apartment. It was clean and comfortable with central air conditioning. Recommended if you have a car or don't need to stay in the town center. Street parking was not easy, but we did manage to find on the last two nights. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Well appointed apartment in a nice little building, however extra pillows and blankets would be good."
