"The hotel is definitely 5 star. Outdoor pool is nice. A lot of toilet accessories (e.g., tooth brush, paste, comb, shoe cloth, sewing kit, etc...) are provided. All the staff are very friendly. Location is good. You can walk to the museum, science center, aquarium (20-30min) as well as the downtown Valencia (also 20-30min). I took a bus to the beach and took about 20 min. Rafael from the afternoon shift was very helpful to show me where to buy bus ticket card and how to use the bus system. He provided me a lot of good suggestions of the site seeing and food.
