"Wonderful staff and service! Although they did not respond to my request to pick me up at the airport, but the drop off was easy to arrange and it was smooth. The front desk staff spoke English and were helpful. The restaurant was fantastic! The server was really nice. The room though took a little bit more time to be cold and it wasn't really that cold, just a little lower than your normal room temperature. Despite being very near the airport, the noise wasn't really bad. You can only hear faint sounds unless you open the windows."

"Barcelo Valencia was incredible from start to finish! We arrived early in the day and although check in starts at 4, they had a room and gave it to us at 12pm. The room with the view of Ciudad de las artes y ciencias truly had a beautiful view of the city, and was spacious. Beds were comfy and bathroom big and lots of amenities available both in the room and upon request. The hotel staff are AMAZING, so kind and helpful, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and cleaners. They have signs up in the restaurant that say the breakfast is unforgettable, and they aren’t lying. There’s a chef that will make you omelettes, fresh pancakes, etc. There is also a buffet filled with every kind of fruit, cheese, bread, pastry, deli meats and more- highly recommend getting breakfast included. The chef was super understanding that we don’t eat pork and made our omelettes on some baking paper to avoid cross contamination. The pool and gym are small but still very well looked after, the rooftop bar has a great view of the city too. The location is great, not too far from the city centre, about a 25min walk and a 15min bus ride. It’s a little harder to get back at night after 10:30pm without a taxi though, as buses become less frequent. All in all, a great stay- would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Sleek, modern hotel near the city night-life and Valencia Nord train station. 15min taxi from Joaquin station. It's perfect, quiet comfy sleep and moderately priced. Just book it!"

"Our stay didn’t start out well because we gotvan attic room on the 2nd floor ( no lift? just stairs) but my confirmation from hotell..com said I got a Panoramic double room. My husband injured his knee and was traveling with crutches so there was no way he could sustain 6 days of climbing stairs. There was no available room on the ground floor so we had to contend with that room, but Nuno assured us he already spike to his manager Carolina and they would promptly correct the problem. True enou, we were moved the next day to a ground floor with amenities in bathroom built for someone with mobility issues. From then on, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is nice, in a good location close to all the tourist attractions. Their staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well equipped. This is a good value charming boutique hotel that I highly recommend when in Valencia. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for promptly correcting the problem so my husband can have a comfortable stay. Muchas gracias!. "
