"Huge improvement! When first checked in, the original room was on the 1st floor which was next to the street and courtyard that was extremely noisy. After they moved us, the new room was clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with the best staff! Highly recommended!"

"The staff is very friendly and engaging. The breakfast was amazing with a wide choice of options, plenty of vegetable dishes and great choice of drinks. The dinner buffet was equally great, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a lovely view of the skyline, the sunrise was stunning."

"The rooms and hotel are really good. Nice spacious room, large bed. Nice small kitchenette area, if you wanted it. Kettle & coffee machine, plus cleaning equipment provided too. Nice. Bathroom & huge shower. Really great setting, just a couple of minutes from the cathedral and the square. We did have breakfast too. This is probably the only thing that lets it down a little. It’s ok at best. Not a huge amount of choice for the quality of the hotel, so would have expected more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"Fantastic boutique hotel in such a convenient location. 3 min walk to the central food market so we skipped hotel breakfast and headed there. 3 min walk to the cathedral. 5 min walk to the Serrano towers. Lovely rooms with balcony and great bathroom. Tasca Angel a few doors down serves great tapas - the sardines are amazing. Would def stay at this hotel again."

"It is a good choice of accommodation consi the price. However, the tram and metro did not work up to the end on that line at the time and we had to rely on the buses which were really full at times. I advise to get a bus/team weekly ticket. The bus is reliable for it is a real nightmare to understand the bus network, the map is really unclear and over complicated. For the flat, check you have what you need in the kitchen because we had a lot missing but receptionist was helpful. Their main bell does not work so don’t forget your key. There is a supermarket (consum) near the property and you can go up to Lidl/ carrefour with the bus. The pool was not really good and no one to watch it so not for kids. The washing machine was a dark under basement place in the building. Good for a week stay but would not stay longer as there is nothing to do in the surrounding."

"Overall a good hotel , very close to the metro line and the Valencia Conference Centre. The pool was fine (not heated) and the restaurant service (breakfast) was average, reasonable value for money"
