"Booked this hotel as it was indicated as "VIP" offer on hotels.com. The hotel itself was not bad and clean. Only downsides were: a) no AC so it was steaming hot in the room even with windows opened and plug in fan turned on; b) as hotels.com "VIP", free breakfast was only offered for the one person who made the booking. I just told my spouse to eat elsewhere instead of paying 20 CHF for additional breakfast. Breakfast food was only average anyway."

"We had a problem with our room.smelling and it got worse. The staff asked us to run all the water in the bathroom (which was yellow) and that stopped the smell. They said our room hadn't been occupied in awhile. All good after that."
