Tee Three on Easy Stream Near Fort Myers

From the moment you enter the front door, the tranquil view of water and Tee Three on Davis Love Championship Golf Course and the sunny pleasant atmosphere of this home will have you ready to start your vacation.

The home offers 3 bedrooms, each with king size bed, 2 include en suite bathrooms plus a den with pull out queen size sofa. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen bar, the sunny dining room, or the very inviting screened lanai with table, chairs and umbrella. Enjoy treated water throughout home and reverse osmosis in kitchen and fridge.

The entire pool area is screened and paved, some under roof, furnished with comfy seating, outdoor kitchen and cable TV. Pool has waterfalls, bubbler, sun shelf and lights, all adding to the ambiance.

The outdoor kitchen invites to spend extended evenings under the beautiful sky of FL. The custom pool and spa draw you in to cool off, warm up with a beverage or just relax.

Superb Floridian vacation home

What an excellent home to stay at! Located in a gated, safe community. The home was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were easy to work with and quick to respond. Great open concept with the family and dining room opening up to the beautiful pool lanai. The the bedrooms are large in size and all have very comfortable king beds. The backyard oasis (heated pool, spa, and grill area with beautiful views) was where our family spent the majority of our afternoons and evenings. The community clubhouse had a great place for outdoor and indoor dining, as well as a pool to relax in. Excellent golf course for all different skill levels. It was simple to make tee times. There was no hurricane damage (from Ian) to the home, golf course or the River Hall neighborhood. Easy drive from the airport. Grocery store is only 10 minutes away and there were plenty of good restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot was relaxing in the hot tub watching the sunset. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we can’t wait to come again soon!
