"This property offers the basic amenities, is very clean, and pleasant. The outside entry to the building locks after a certain time, and our key card wasn’t working properly, but the attendant didn’t mind us waking her up to help us. No breakfast because of COVID, but otherwise everything was fine. "

"We really enjoyed staying here. The building was originally a fraternity house (Delta Chi), but it's completely refurbished and full bathrooms have been added to each room. It's a few walkable blocks from campus. The breakfast was nice. Iowa State alums will really like it. "
