An abandoned copper mine in north Wales. The colours are amazing! Free to walk around with path ways. Best to view in both sunny and rainy conditions. It was once the largest copper mine in the world during the 18th century. Photos don't come close to showing how big this place is! #Nature

As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. "The room was welcoming and clean but could have done with extra storage space, a shelf in the bathroom and hooks on the entrance hall wall or room door to hang coats on. We appreciated the high class coffee, tea, drinking chocolate and biscuits provided. The staff were ALL friendly, smiling and very helpful. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Lovely dining room and a splendid array of beers on offer in the bar."
