"J'ai contacté Diane dans le but de réserver une chambre pour pouvoir fêter notre premier anniversaire de mariage. Ma demande était assez particulière et elle a très bien su répondre à mes attentes et même plus. L'équipe a été au top à la réalisation de cette belle surprise pour ma femme. Le logement était également sublime. Très beau lieu dans les hauteurs de Guebwiller en bordure de forêt. Emplacement très charmant et logements décorés avec goût. "Zimmer wurden renoviert sind aber nicht fertig. Teppich nicht sauber verlegt, Toilletenscharnierabdeckung fehlt. Bett sind hart und unkomfortabel. SPA kostet 49 Euro Aufpreis, dafür bekommt man ein Hammam was modrig riecht und für den Preis zuviele Gäste. Leider stimmt die Relation - Preis zu Leistung nicht. Vorsicht vor der Rezeption. Zuerst ein unfreundliche Dame, welche leider nur begrenzt eine andere Spache gesprochen hat, ausser französisch. Weiterhin war die Rechnung falsch - doppelt...

"The La Demeure des 2 Tresors, was an excellent choice, it far exceeded my expectations, the room, a suite really, was spacious with separate social area, sofa, table and chairs, tv, sperate double bedroom, separate WC and spacious walk in shower. The Chateau was set in lovely grounds with loads of parking and a short 5 mins walk into town. Excellent location for a base for Walking/Hiking, cycling, skiing or out and sightseeing by a vehicle. "Isabelle est d'une gentillesse incroyable, nous sommes arrivés tard sans problème, la communication a toujours été rapide et fluide. La chambre est parfaite, chaleureuse et très bien équipée. Très beau décor pour commencer la visite des marchés de Noël alsaciens et le panier du petit déjeuner est un réel plus qui montre la générosité et l'hospitalité des hôtes. Mille mercis !"
