room itself wasn’t smoking. Amazing staff, beautiful room, literally in the heart of everything with an INCREDIBLE view of the buildings on the caldera. We were very well taken care of, anything we needed at all! It was so worth it. It’s just off enough from the busy area that people don’t do too much picture taking in front of the room. Only once did they sit right on the gate so I had to ask them to move which is annoying to even have to deal with.

This place was ok, it feels unfinished, the rooms are plain, our room was a "cave" with a courtyard seating area, though, two seats outside our door didnt really seem like what we were sold. The breakfast was not bad, they bring you everything they have to our table, its excessive and we think a buffet style would be better but its not bad. The lack of amenities really hit this place hard. If there was a bar here, it would go along way to making this place better. I know you could say we should have researched the hotel better, but for the price we paid there could have been a lot more to offer. The pool is very small and it wasnt clean. I think it wouldnt be so bad if you had a room next to the pool, make it feel like your own personal pool, but we picked bad. The pictures on expedia make it seem a lot more than what it is. I didnt take many photos of the place because there wasnt much to see. I wouldnt come here again and cant recommend it for anyone else.

Tiene una hermosa vista y una buena ubicación
