"I’d read a great deal about the property and its luxury status. It has a ways to go. Its evident the owners plan to nickle and dime guests. More like a pitch for timeshares, they set down the couple, trying to get you to book one of their outrageously expensive yachts. They even charge for a pack of tea—something most five star hotels do for free. The In room dining was cold every single time; staff was very friendly, however they were often confused over the way Americans tell time, and...

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!! "

The view from the rooms are just magical and they serve you breakfast a la carte to your room which is beautiful and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Stunning property and views. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find the hotel or parking. Clear instructions should be given on the process of finding the property in order to check-in. It was a bit cumbersome. They made up for the confusion with a wonderful room upgrade and bottle of wine. It was an extremely pleasant stay. We will be back again!"

"The hotel rooms are divine, and whilst our shower didn’t work at first, and then only cold water for another day, it was mended quickly! The staff are very friendly, service a little slow, but the staff are so kind that slow is ok! The views are breathtaking and right outside the door is everything that Oia is famous for! Be warned, if steps aren’t for you, then stay in another of the groups hotels, but I think you get used to the steps! "

"The concierge service was outstanding. They helped me book transfers, a car rental, and 2 wonderful excursions. They were very attentive and always reachable for whenever I needed help. The views are as breathtaking as you can imagine and the location was excellent. The reason why I gave the property condition 3 stars is because of the stairs. The reception team should really be upfront with each guest at time of booking that this place is not suitable for anyone with any body pain or weakness....
