"The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact. "

There is next to no privacy when you go onto the balcony; perhaps add privacy screens to adjacent rooms - you are rubbing shoulders with your neighbour if you have breakfast on the balcony; there is next to no storage for clothes; very impractical from a traveller’s viewpoint coming from afar and travelling for 5 weeks with two large suitcases. we had an iron in our room but no ironing board - it took 2 separate requests and...
