Spend the day at Disneyland, and share adventures and memories at home! Watch movies, TV, or sports on the HD TVs! Or play ping-pong and other games in the game room!

Fall asleep in beds with all new mattresses and luxury bedding!

This will be your private home during the time of your stay. Enjoy the private yard, Hot Tub, Game Room and entire house.

From your first inquiry, through planning, while you are our guests, and until your departure we are here to help you and make your vacation experience the best ever!

Quiet neighborhood. Walk to the Convention Center, or to Disneyland! Close to the park and playground!

Walking distance to ART location, take ART to shops, restaurants or into Disneyland parks.

City Regulations:
+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information.
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.

+ Min stay: 3 nights

+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.

+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Hot Tub, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.

+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties

+ No Smoking, No Pets

Great home! Well done! One bummer is you cannot be outside past 9:30pm for noise purposes. The owners were responsive when I had questions and the house was very close to Disneyland.

Comfortable and spacious

At last minute check in there was some misunderstanding, but our host went above and beyond to set us up to be able set our stay last minute. We were so grateful for that being that we are a company in town for business and our goal is to make sure our crew had the proper place to rest at the end of a long work day. and this home had all the accommodation we needed thank you if we come back to town we will be definitely like to stay here again.

Good Location

This is a decent property, family friendly and close to the theme parks. Know before you go, they provide limited quantities of paper products and you can't use the hot tub after 10pm due to noise ordinace. You can hear the Disneyland fireworks from the house.

Good stay

The property and neightborhood was good, several things that can be improve are smart Tvs a good working dryer and Iron, and there should be enough silver ware and chairs for 12 people .

Great family home for a Disney vacation

I was impressed with how clean the property was. Everything we needed was there. We took $7 Ubers to and from Disneyland. I wish we had a longer stay.

Didn’t feel at home

The property is very nice. 4 bedrooms with lots of beds, plenty of room (only two bathrooms but we knew that) and an open kitchen + washer & dryer, decent size back yard and lots of amenities (kitchen appliances, hot tub, etc). Now for some of the issues: 1) I was contacted by the “host” the day prior to my trip letting me know that not only could we not use the hot tub but we couldn’t even be outside between 10p & 9a because of the city’s noise ordinance. The ordinance says “excessive noise” but the host made it clear that we would be fined and asked to leave if we went outside. (2) There were TV’s in most of the rooms: front room, living room and several bedrooms but we could only get one of them to work and there were no instructions. (3) The AC in the house was set at 78° but with the temp tire outside at 100°+ the temp in the house was consistently at 80° or hotter. I messaged the host twice on Saturday through the VBRO app asking for the temp to be adjusted lower with no reply. On Sunday, after two nights in the hot home, I texted the host. After several texts back and forth, I had to be stern and state that I wanted the temp to be lowered (the instruction book stated they would have to do it remotely) only to be told they couldn’t. 4) the home had rules all over. Front porch, front room, living room, back porch, hallway….hanging on the walls, binders… it did not feel “homie”… it actually felt less like being in a home and more like being in a hotel (actually worse) 5) Disney is also a good walk away. It’s not happening with kids, strollers, after a long day, etc. (an Uber is pretty inexpensive) The home was nice…. But this was possibly the worst VBRO experience that I’ve had.

Property was ok but we weren’t able to use the spa/hot tub

House was clean and nice. Outdoor space was great. Neighborhood was quiet. However, the hot tub was turned off and there were no instructions on how to work it. We emailed, tried messaging on Vrbo, and called the property manager but never got a reply. The house instructions were outdated too. For example, it says you must park in the garage but all other instructions were to park in the driveway. Also, when checking out and locking the door, the instructions were to just hit the button and no numbers needed, but in reality this was wrong- we had to enter the numbers then hit the button and it locked. Spent 5 mins trying to figure that out.

Great Place -- Lots of Space

We really enjoyed this property. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Kids loved having their own rooms and TVs, and playing air hockey. We loved the short walk to Disneyland (~20 minutes, or ~4 minutes/$7 via Uber). Would definitely stay here again.
