"The hotel is great but the surrounding neighbourhood felt a little sketchy. My friend and I went on a Sunday so it was probably why it felt more deserted. The receptionist was great to us and even helped take our order when we had dinner. The inside of the hotel is very modern and spacious. The rooms were equally spacious and very clean. REALLY comfortable beds. We did not try to the breakfast buffet but when we arrived halfway through the service it seemed like most of the food was gone....

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"El hotel deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba, no tenía papel higiénico ni secador de pelo. El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar. "
