ROSE Holidays offers you this elegant apartment in Angers - A chic 40m2 setting. This fully renovated studio tastefully combines the charm of the old (stone walls, beautiful ceiling height) with contemporary and refined decoration, for an elegant and comfortable retreat.

Capacity: up to 2 people.

• Living/sleeping area: an ultra-comfortable sofa bed in a bright room. The accommodation has neither TV nor WI-FI.

• Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, coffee maker (NESPRESSO) and refrigerator.

• Renovated bathroom: walk-in shower and designer sink. Separate toilet.

• Private terrace with a view of the shared swimming pool



🚗 Paid parking at Imbach Parking, 2 minutes' walk away.

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault Parking (15 minutes' walk away).

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance
