"The house is even better than the description! We were 8 adults (aged 18-60). It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, beautiful swimming pool, nice garden, loads of kitchen and cooking equipment.The BBQ and covered eating area were perfect in the heat.The hosts were lovely with great communication.Shops, restaurants and bike hire are 5 mins bike ride or 20 mins walk away. We only used the car once during the week to get to the far end of the island, everything else was by bike.Super holiday "

"Hôtes très sympathiques et la situation proche de la plage est agréable. Cependant, l'entretien du gîte est à revoir ainsi que la propreté. Dès notre arrivée une odeur assez désagréable de renfermé se faisait ressentir. Il y a des traces sur les murs d'insects écrasés, les portes interieures ont des traces noires et les bouches d'aerations rempli de saletés et avec ça nous devons regler 70 de nettoyage. L'entretien du jardin est aussi à revoir. Et manque d'information sur ce qu'il y a, à faire...

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...

"This property was ideal for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen, patio and pool area was spacious, open and well laid out. The theater was great too. We loved the flowers everywhere around the property. Steven was very helpful and friendly to work with on any questions."
