"I stayed alone due to attending an early running event the following morning. I was warmly greeted by the host upon arrival and immediately shown my room which was clean and comfortable. There was a chair, a TV and tea making facilities with an ensuite shower room. The bed was very comfortable and helped deliver a good sleep. Highly recommended, I'll happily return next time I'm in the area."

Keith is the consumate host and is quite rightly very proud of the little slice of heaven he has created just outside of Brighton. "We just got home from our stay at Lancaster Cottage and compelled to write a review as it was just lovely. In a beautiful location albeit we did not pick the best weather, Sarah could not have been a lovelier host. I had injured my shoulder and somehow got a chest infection before travelling and she made sure she kept my ice pack frozen for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
