"Amazing breakfast, great selection!!!"

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"For the price you pay it’s not up to standard. You are better off going to the travel lodge over the road. Only good thing about the stay was breakfast and where the hotel is. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Had to be moved rooms due to the filth that was in the room. If you’re staying on the first floor all you can hear is people above. Cleaners and manager need a talking too. The head board was thick with dust and there’s only one thing splattered on that head board, it’s disgusting. I’ll be contacting head office. Not acceptable."

"Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel. The location is very convenient, positioned adjacent to the Lanes and the railway station. We booked an inland room and were upgraded to a sea view, which made it a very special stay."
